When you fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement and complete the registration process according to the registration page, or you fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement and the completion of all of the procedures of activation according to the activation page, or you actually used ChemBeanGo platform services in the allowed form (including but not limited to ChemBeanGo website, SepaBean APP, ChemBeanGo APP, SepaBeanTM machine), then means that you have read, understood and accepted all the content of this agreement and have entered into an agreement with the ChemBeanGo platform. You promised to accept and abide by the stipulations of the this agreement, then you should not argue that this agreement is invalid or ask for the cancellation of this agreement by failing to read the contents of this agreement or obtain ChemBeanGo answers to your inquiries and other reasons. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop registering/activating your application or using the ChemBeanGo platform services.
1. The Agreement content and the suitable objects
This service agreement’s both sides are the owner of the site ChemBeanGo.com ( hereinafterreferred to as “ ChemBeanGo.com”, “ChemBeanGo”, “ChemBeanGo platform” or “ ChemBeanGo e-portal” ) -Santai Technologies Inc. and the registered user of the ChemBeanGo e-portal ( hereinafterreferred to as "you", "your", “registered user” or "User" ). This service agreement on the terms and conditions apply to registered users who use various tools and services of ChemBeanGo.com. When you confirm the service agreement, this service agreement willproduce legally binding between you or your company and ChemBeanGo.
(1) Whether you actually read the service agreement before registration or not, as long as you following the ChemBeanGo platform registration process to register as a user, your behavior still said you or your company agreed to and signed the service agreement;
(2) This agreement does not apply for the legal relationship and legal disputes between you or your company and other users of ChemBeanGo e-portal for online transactions;

This service agreement covers the body of this agreement and all kinds of rules that already published or have possibility to issue by the public in the future. All public rules for agreement is an integral part of the agreement, have the same legal effect as the body part.
ChemBeanGo have the right to formulate, modify this agreement or all kinds of rules from time to time according to need. If any changes in this agreement, ChemBeanGo will publish on the website to inform the registered users. If registered users do not agree with related changes, they must stop using this "service". The revised agreement once published online, it will automatically take effect immediately. All kinds of rules will take effect after release, and also become a part of this agreement. Login or continue using this "service" means registered users accept the revised agreement and rules. Except otherwise expressly disclaims, any new content spread out the area of "service" or website enhancements shall be bound by this agreement.
2. Definition of ChemBeanGo Registered users
Registered users refers to the user following ChemBeanGo register rules to register as a user, and want to use ChemBeanGo e-portal service(including the structure of compound data center, search engines and trading platform). (Information about the specific registration procedure, please check the "help").
3. The rights, obligations and responsibilities of ChemBeanGo registered users
(1) Based on the importance of the the web service provided byChemBeanGo, the registered users shall agree:
(a) Provide detailed and accurate personal data.
(b) Update registration information constantly and meet the requirements of ChemBeanGo.
ChemBeanGo does not open the users’ name, phone number, address, email and other personal information, in addition to the following:
(a) Registered users authorize ChemBeanGo to disclose this information.
(b) The corresponding law and procedures require ChemBeanGo to provide registered users’ personal information.
If the registered user provided information contains false or inaccurate message, ChemBeanGo will retain the right to terminate the services for this user.
(2) Registered users may not use ChemBeanGo e-portal to buy or sell the products that Chinese law prohibits or limits their sales. At the same time registered users should abide by the provisions of the ChemBeanGo e-portal , and may not sell the products ChemBeanGo think inappropriate to sale in our website. Registered users provide any information (including but not limited to data, text, software, music, photos, pictures, videos or other material)to ChemBeanGo or other users shall ensure that the information provided does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, will not violate any laws, regulations, rules or regulations and take full responsibility for it. If ChemBeanGo found registered users provide information or the information displayed on the ChemBeanGo which may make ChemBeanGo assume any legal or moral obligation and criterion, ChemBeanGo can decide to take whatever action is necessary or appropriate to the information (including but not limited to delete the information). (e) Destroy the country’s religious policy, promote cults and feudal superstition;
(f) Spread rumors, disturbing social order and undermine social stability;
(g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crime;
(h) Insult or slander others, infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(i) Containing other contents that are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(3) Registered users will receive a user name and password after registered in ChemBeanGo, at the same time also means that this agreement is effective immediately. Registered users have the duty to ensure the safety of the login user name and password, you can change your password at any time according to the instructions. You agree to:
(a) if anyone unauthorized uses your user name or password, or any other condition occurred in violation of the provisions of confidentiality, you shall notify ChemBeanGo immediately;
(b) make sure that you leave the site in the right step at the end of every access to the Internet time. You agree to use the user name and password to take full responsibility for all activities and ChemBeanGo will not undertake any responsibility.
(4) Registered users should be in accordance with the provisions of the service agreement and rules released by ChemBeanGo. Registered users have the right to release product information on ChemBeanGo, modify and update the product information and company information, trade online, attend ChemBeanGo related activities and use some other services ChemBeanGo can provide.
(5) Registered users shall guarantee that in the process of using ChemBeanGo e-portal for trading, must abide by the principle of good faith, not to act unfair competition in the trading process, does not disturb the normal order of online trading, and not engaged in the behavior has nothing to do with online trading. Registered users shall not maliciously evaluate other registered users on transaction platform, or take unfair means to improve their credibility or reduce other registered users’credibility.
4. The rights, responsibilities and obligations for ChemBeanGo
(1) ChemBeanGo only provide product display and information sharing on the platform for registered users, it is not a transaction between both sides of the parties (both the purchaser and the supplier). ChemBeanGo supervises strictly by the means of evaluate the credit of registered users , and will assess the results to public, and remind users to choose carefully through their cautious based on the buyers or suppliers’ credit conditions.
(2) In the ChemBeanGo platform, misconduct, illegal acts, or any other actions which ChemBeanGo think to terminate the service, ChemBeanGo have the right to delete information, frozen account, terminate service at any time, without the permission of the registered users. Such actions include:
(a) Including but not limited to, avoiding costs on purpose;
(b) ChemBeanGo have the reason to believe that there are fraud and malicious or false content;
(c) ChemBeanGo have the reason to believe that there is nothing to do with online trading or not for the purpose of trading;
(d) ChemBeanGo have the reason to believe that there is malicious bid or other attempts to disrupt the normal trading order factors;
(e) ChemBeanGo have the reason to believe that this information is in violation of public interests or ChemBeanGo and could seriously damage the legitimate interests of the other registered users.
(3) ChemBeanGo shall have the rights to do the consulting and assessment for all datas and informations that registered users have on ChemBeanGo and trading behavior on ChemBeanGo. If there are any questions or doubt about the information provided or trading behavior, ChemBeanGo have the right to ask registered users and request correction notice or directly delete the information.
(4) ChemBeanGo enjoy corresponding rights to this platform and the software used by platform and information protected by intellectual property rights or any other legal laws. Information and content transit through ChemBeanGo e-portal have the copyright law, trademark law, patent law, or other legal protection. Without the written permission of ChemBeanGo, registered users shall not use information and data in ChemBeanGo platform for commercial, including but not limited to, use any information on ChemBeanGo e-portal by reproduction and transmission.
(5) ChemBeanGo will maintain the normal operation of the whole platform based on the existing technology, and promote or improve the technology to make it more convenient and safer for the users. But for a short period of time of the network interruption caused by data maintenance updates, ChemBeanGo does not undertake any responsibility. When the registered users encounter problems and reflect the situation while having the services provided by ChemBeanGo, ChemBeanGo will reply in a timely manner.
(6) ChemBeanGo have no responsibility to the failure of deletion or storage of the publish information by the users. ChemBeanGo has the reserves right to decide whether registered users’ behavior meet the requirements of the ChemBeanGo service terms and conditions. If the registered user has violated the terms of service, ChemBeanGo have the rights to interrupt or stop providing network services.
(7) Registered users take risks of the use of web services. ChemBeanGo does not make any type of guarantee, whether it is explicit or implicit, ChemBeanGo does not guarantee service which will be able to meet the requirements of registered users, also does not guarantee service which will not be interrupted, timeliness of service, security and error are also not guaranteed. ChemBeanGo is only responsible for products and data directly provided by ChemBeanGo. Any product registered users gets on ChemBeanGo shopping service from other registered suppliers or transaction process is not guaranteed.
(8)As a network platform, ChemBeanGo will follow the following principles:
After the complete of a deal, ChemBeanGo is not responsible for transport and storage, the products will be transferred to the hands of registered users (buyers) directly from the hands of registered users (suppliers) through a third party (logistics provider) supply chain services; Commodity itself has never been held by ChemBeanGo or within the scope of ChemBeanGo control;
(9) In the process of ChemBeanGo online trading, registered users can request ChemBeanGo to mediate and deal with the dispute between buyers and suppliers. ChemBeanGo have rights (but not obligation) to mediate and process the dispute. ChemBeanGo shall have the right to sent an E-mail to both sides to know the situation, and will notify each party through the email about the situation. ChemBeanGo does not have enforcement power in the law to adjust and deal with the result of the dispute , nor affect any legal rights of registered users. ChemBeanGo shall make their own judgment according to the understanding of the dispute, but does not assume any legal liability to adjusting and processing result, also should not undertake any obligation of compensation for handling disputes.
5. Using of ChemBeanGo e-portal
When using ChemBeanGo e-portal , you may not:
(1) Post the content or items on inappropriate categories or website or service in inappropriate place.
(2) Unable to enter into a binding contract, except that persons under the age of 18 or website temporarily or indefinitely frozen;
(3) Not ship others your products, unless the buyer does not comply with the terms and conditions, or you can not verify the delivery address buyer requested;
(4) Manipulate any products price , or interfere with other registered users of the products shelves;
(5) Attempt to damage the security system on the website in any manner or function;
(6) Post false misleading and slanderous content (including personal information);
(7) Take any action that would destroy the credit system
(8) Transfer your own ChemBeanGo accounts (including credit rating) to others without our consent;
(9) Distribute or post spam, chain letters or pyramid sales;
(10) Spread the virus, or distribute any technology which possibly can harm ChemBeanGo or other registered users’ interests or property;
(11) Copy, modify, or distribute content, copyright and trademark of ChemBeanGo;
(12) Search or collect registered users’ informationin, such as email address, without the consent of the other users.
6. Termination of agreement
(1) You agree that ChemBeanGo shall have the full right to terminate some or all of the ChemBeanGo platform services for any reason without prior notice of suspension, temporarily freeze or permanently freeze your account on the ChemBeanGo platform, and ChemBeanGo does not need to take any responsibility to you or any third party for this.
(2) In any following condition, ChemBeanGo shall have the right to terminate this agreement in the form of cancellation of account directly, and ChemBeanGo is entitled to permanently freeze your account on the ChemBeanGo platform.
(a) After ChemBeanGo terminate the services provided to you, you are suspected directly or indirectly to register again in the name of others;
(b) The email address you provide do not exist or is unable to receive emails, and there is no other way to communicate with you, or ChemBeanGo inform you to change E-mail address information in other contact way, but you don’t change to valid email address within 10 working days after the notice by ChemBeanGo .
(c) The main content of the user information you provide is untrue or inaccurate or timeliness or incomplete;
(d) When this agreement (including the rules) changes, you express and notify ChemBeanGo that you do not want to accept the new service agreement;
(e) Other situation ChemBeanGo deems the termination of service.
(3) Your account terminated or privileged on the ChemBeanGo platform have been permanently frozen(canceled), ChemBeanGo has no obligation for you to retain or disclose any information in your account for you, also have no obligation for you or any third party to forward you the unread or unsent message.
(4) You agree that after the termination of service relations with ChemBeanGo, ChemBeanGo still enjoy the following rights:
(a) Continue to save your user information and all transactions records during the time you use ChemBeanGo platform service;
(b) you have illegal behavior that in violation of this agreement and rules during the time of using ChemBeanGo platform services, ChemBeanGo can still claim to you according to this agreement.
(5) After ChemBeanGo suspend or terminate the ChemBeanGo platform service, you should deal with the trading behavior in accordance with the following principles. You should handle it independently and be fully liable for the following processing of any dispute, loss or increased charge, and shall ensure that ChemBeanGo from any loss caused by this:
(a) Before suspending or terminating the service, you have posted item on ChemBeanGo platform and haven’t performed the deal, ChemBeanGo shall have the right to suspend or terminate the service at the same time and remove the relevant information of the item;
(b) Before suspending or terminating the service, you also have business dealing with other members, but the deal has not been performed, ChemBeanGo has the right to delete the transactions and the relevant information of the trading item;
(c) Before suspending or terminating the service, you have business dealing with other members and has been partially performed, ChemBeanGo can not delete the deal, but ChemBeanGo shall have the right to suspend or terminate the service at the same time and inform your partner the related circumstances of the transaction.
7. Legal applicabilityand dispute resolution
(1) This service agreement signed, validity, interpretation and implementation as well as solution of disputes under this agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
(2) The dispute caused by or in connection with this agreement shall be amicably settled through negotiation. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute by such negotiation , the parties agree to submit any such dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Santai Technologies Inc. locates .
In this particular statement, ChemBeanGo does not undertake any legal responsibility for the following matters:
(1) In this particular statement, ChemBeanGo shall not have any direct, indirect, legal guarantee, agreed promise for your use of this web site or with any content, services related to the website.
(2) No matter under any reason, to you or anyone else using the information on this website or the information links on this website, or the information in any other links connected to this website that caused the loss or damage (including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), liability shall be borne by the users themselves
(3) Pay attention to keep your account and password, do not misuse. Anyone using your account on ChemBeanGo platform result in any direct, indirect, related consequences, responsibility shall be borne by the owner of this account, ChemBeanGo should coorperate with the investigations for corresponding responsibility in accordance with the law.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1WHEN DOES THIS POLICY APPLY?
8.1.1 For purposes of this Policy, personal data means information that both identifies (or may identify) and relates to you.
8.1.2 This Policy applies where ChemBeanGo trading platform receives personal data concerning individuals:
8.1.2.1When the user use the ChemBeanGo trading platform services, participate in the activities of the ChemBeanGo trading platform, or access to the ChemBeanGo trading platform Webpage, ChemBeanGo trading platform whether this is in a personal or business context;

8.1.2.3those (being an individual or a representative of a corporate entity) that register to use the ChemBeanGo trading platform and who may enter into contracts to purchase services from Suppliers via the ChemBeanGo trading platform ("Clients"); and
8.1.2.4 other platforms with which we collaborate on a white label basis ("Collaborators").
8.1.3 For the purposes of this Policy, in regard to references to the processing of the personal data of a Client or Supplier, "Client" shall mean a natural person who is a client or an account representative of a legal entity that is client, including clients of our Collaborators; and "Supplier" shall mean a natural person who is a supplier or an account representative of a legal entity that is a supplier (and together, "Users" for the purposes of this Policy).
8.1.4 This Policy supplements the Global Privacy Policy of the ChemBeanGo trading platform. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Policy, where applicable, and the Global Privacy Policy, the terms of this Policy shall have precedence.
8.1.5 Please note: Except as set forth in this Policy, the ChemBeanGo trading platform does not determine the purposes and means of processing any personal data placed on or shared via the Platform by Clients, Suppliers or Collaborators. Clients and Suppliers may decide to share their respective personal data between themselves and with other parties (including Collaborators) via the Platform. Clients, Suppliers and Collaborators are solely responsible for ensuring that any transfers of personal data between them are made in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
8.2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
8.2.1 When a Supplier or Client registers for an account of the ChemBeanGo trading platform, you may provide certain account-related personal data, ("Account Data"), such as:
8.2.1.1 your name;
8.2.1.2email address;
8.2.1.3contact details;
8.2.1.4password.
8.2.2 We may also collect images of you where you agree to provide us with these and information given by you when you complete surveys or the ChemBeanGo trading platform registrations.

We also collect limited personal data required to order and invoice for goods and services bought and sold by Clients and Suppliers via the Platform ("Service Data") to the extent that such data is exchanged between Supplier and the Client using the ChemBeanGo trading platform. This information is used to provide access to the ChemBeanGo trading platform, provide associated services and facilitate communications between Clients and Suppliers across the Platform.
8.3.3 Information that we receive from other sources: We receive and store Client account data (names, email addresses and other contact details) from Collaborators (“Collaborator Data”), including personal data, that Clients enter on third party websites operated by Collaborators to log into the ChemBeanGo trading platform. Collaborators are responsible for notifying you that they will provide this Collaborator Data to the ChemBeanGo trading platform and otherwise complying with the applicable data protection laws when they collect, process and transfer personal data to the ChemBeanGo trading platform.
8.3.4 Please note: You must not put any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation (including without limitation, any patient data or donor information etc.) (“Special Categories of Personal Data”) on the ChemBeanGo trading platform, or include this within any attachments submitted on the ChemBeanGo trading platform and instruct the ChemBeanGo trading platform to remove any such Special Categories of Personal Data from the Platform, although the ChemBeanGo trading platform does not have any obligations to Users to check for this or to do so.
8.4.WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?
8.4.1 The personal data that we collect is used to provide the ChemBeanGo trading platform and services or improve the content and quality of our website, services and Platform. It is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide services requested by you, or when we have obtained prior consent for the use of personal data for other specified purposes, or as otherwise set forth in this Policy.

8.4.2.4 invoice management;
8.4.2.5 identification and authentication;
8.4.2.6 services improvement;
8.4.2.7 communications with our Suppliers and Clients; and
8.4.2.8 marketing and research relating to the use of our the ChemBeanGo trading platform.
8.4.3 With specific regard to personal data received from a Client, we may use such data to respond to Client requests, customize future shopping activities for that Client and offer services to Clients based on their shopping history.
8.4.4 If you choose to provide us with feedback about the services you have purchased, we may display your feedback, in whole or in part, on the ChemBeanGo trading platform and it may be viewed by anyone visiting the ChemBeanGo trading platform.
8.4.5 In addition, we may produce videos or photographs which include the names or images of you (as an employee or representatives of Clients or Suppliers, or individual Clients or Suppliers) (“Images”) for promotional purposes for the relevant Supplier or Client and/or the ChemBeanGo trading platform where you have consented for us to use your Images in this way. Such Images are your personal data and we may also collect contact details in relation to them. Images will be used and stored by us in accordance with this Policy and the waiver letter that you (as the individual employee or representative of the Client or Supplier, individual Client or Supplier (as applicable) and in addition the Client or Supplier legal entity (as applicable)) signs to give us permission to use the respective Images. We will not publish any such Image unless and until a valid and binding waiver letter has been executed by the relevant parties authorising us to do so. Once the Images are published they will be in the public domain, and the ChemBeanGo trading platform will only have control over Images that the ChemBeanGo trading platform publishes directly, and not over any copies taken by third parties from the Images in the public domain.
8.4.6 We will only process personal data in ways that are compatible with the purpose for which it was collected or for the purposes later authorized by you or which are compatible with the original purpose. Before we use personal data for a purpose that is materially different than the purpose for which it was collected or later authorized, we will provide the opportunity to opt out. In each of the situations above, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and can object to processing of this nature.

we have a legitimate interest in processing your information in connection with any mergers, acquisitions or reorganisation of our business, in which case some of your information may be shared with a prospective buyer or otherwise but only so far as is strictly necessary for the purposes of such sale or administration.

8.6. DATA TRANSFERS TO THIRD PARTIES
8.6.1 We may share personal data with our subsidiaries that the ChemBeanGo trading platform controls and that are subject to this Policy or that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Policy. We will only share personal data with our subsidiaries where we have appropriate protections in place.
8.6.2 Aside from our subsidiaries, we may share your personal data:
8.6.2.1with other Suppliers or Clients as required for a transaction between a Supplier and a Client to take place on the Platform, for example contact information;
8.6.2.2with Collaborators, where required to order and invoice Services bought and sold by Clients and Suppliers, where a Client request for Services from a Supplier originates through a portal operated by the ChemBeanGo trading platform but marketed and made accessible to the Client by a Collaborator. The ChemBeanGo trading platform may also transfer your personal data to a Collaborator to enable that Collaborator and the ChemBeanGo trading platform to work together to market that portal, make it available to Clients and Suppliers and for that Collaborator to help facilitate transactions between Clients and Suppliers on the ChemBeanGo trading platform In relation to such Client requests, the Collaborator has the same access to the portal and the Platform and all information on it as the ChemBeanGo trading platform, including information you enter on it and all correspondence between Clients and Suppliers. The Collaborator may only use such information:
(i) in relation to Clients, in accordance with the terms of use of the portal in question,
(ii) in relation to Suppliers, in accordance with the letter from the Collaborator you may receive with every request from a Client which originates from the portal in question (the “Supplier Letter”). The Collaborator shall keep such information confidential in accordance with the terms of use of the portal in question and the Supplier Letter. If you are a Supplier and do not accept the terms of the Supplier Letter, please do not respond to any request from a Client originating from the portal in question;
8.6.2.3To third parties who provide supply chain financing and invoice management services to us, and who will have access to certain information on invoices. We may also engage third-party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Platform and to perform functions on our behalf. For example, we may utilize the services of third party service providers to provide:
(a) email services;
(b) cloud services;
(c) online file storage;
(d) customer services via the Platform;
(e) IT support;
(f) document management services;
(g) marketing services;
(h) website analytics;
(i) billing and finance;
(j) travel and expenses;
(k) invoice management;
(l) supply chain financing;
(m) auditors and other professional advisors;
(n) delivering packages and mail;
(o) providing marketing assistance; and
(p) creating and producing Images.
These third-party service providers (and others that we may engage in the future) may have access to Client or Supplier personal data for the purposes of performing services on the ChemBeanGo trading platform’s behalf. These service providers must not use such personal data for any other purposes as set forth in the terms of their agreements with the ChemBeanGo trading platform, and such terms of agreement will contain appropriate provisions to safeguard your personal data and shall comply with the applicable data protection laws.
The SDKs currently provided by these third-party service providers include:
8.6.3 Business transfers: The ChemBeanGo trading platform may transfer your information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the ChemBeanGo trading platform’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which your information is among the assets transferred, but only so far as such transfer is necessary for the purposes of such sale or administration;
8.6.4 Protection of the ChemBeanGo trading platform and others: We may release account and other personal data when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or an investigation into illegal activity; in response to lawful requests by public, governmental or regulatory authorities, courts of competent jurisdiction, including in order to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; to enforce our agreements, including when your actions violate the terms of any of your agreements with us or any of our Platform term of use or policies; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the ChemBeanGo trading platform, our Users, or others. It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personal data from Users for commercial purposes in violation of the conditions set forth in this Policy.
8.6.5Where we use a service provider to process Personal Data on our behalf
The ChemBeanGo trading platform is responsible for the processing of personal data that it receives and subsequently transfers to a third party supplier acting on its behalf. The ChemBeanGo trading platform remains liable under its agreements with Clients and Suppliers and under data protection laws if such supplier processes such personal data in a manner inconsistent with the its agreements with Clients and Suppliers and the data protection laws, unless the ChemBeanGo trading platform demonstrates that it is not responsible for the event that gives rise to the damage. As set out above, the terms of agreements with third-party suppliers will contain appropriate provisions to safeguard your personal data and will comply with the applicable data protection laws.
8.6.6 External Websites
Our services may contain links to other websites and services. Any personal data that a Supplier or Client provides on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. This Policy does not apply to such websites or services and the ChemBeanGo trading platform is not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services. You should carefully review the privacy policies of other websites before accessing such sites.
8.7 WHAT DO WE DO TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION?
8.7.1 We maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction in accordance with data protection laws. In cases where we are acting as a processor, the ChemBeanGo trading platform secures personal data in accordance with its contractual obligations.
8.7.2 We restrict access to User information to the ChemBeanGo trading platform and Collaborator employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve the Platform. These individuals are bound by strict confidentiality and may be subject to discipline if they fail to meet these obligations.
8.7.3 Secure software: We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
8.7.4 Unauthorized access: It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off from your account when finished using a shared computer. Do not share your login information with anyone else.
8.7.5 Data Storage: the ChemBeanGo trading platform uses third party suppliers and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the business.
8.7.6 Storing personal data outside of the EEA
8.7.6.1This term applies where ChemBeanGo trading platform receives personal data concerning individuals who reside in the European Union, the EEA or Switzerland;
8.7.6.2 Your personal data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of the EEA and/or Switzerland, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
8.7.6.3 To ensure the security of your personal data, for personal data that we receive from Users in the EEA and Switzerland, the ChemBeanGo trading platform will:
(a) obtain the consent to such transfer, of the individuals whose personal data is being transferred; or
(b) where applicable, enter into the model clauses approved by the European Commission between it and the party the personal data is being shared with overseas.

We will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints or disputes regarding the use or disclosure of personal data within forty-five (45) days of eceiving a complaint. Where you are exercising one of your rights (as set out above) we will respond to your request within one (1) month of receipt.

Registered users clearly understand the following examples, and clearly agreed to accept any losses (including but not limited to profits, goodwill, use, data loss or other intangible loss of damages) caused by the services provided by ChemBeanGo , ChemBeanGo does not take any responsibility (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative, or punitive damages).
(1) ChemBeanGo does not undertake any responsibility for registered users having any offline exchange risk.
(2) ChemBeanGo shall have the right but not obligation, to improve or change any part of the original services.
(3) The informations registered users downloading or obtaining via ChemBeanGo service, the risk is burden on their own; user's computer system damage or data loss caused by this reason, users should take full responsibility;
(4) When users browse the websites, users should use their own judgment to use ChemBeanGo website links.
